I partner with leadership teams who want results, especially during periods of growth, change or pressure. This work is often paired with executive coaching to ensure individual leader growth translates directly into stronger team performance.

HOW THE WORK HAPPENS

Leadership and team development engagements are delivered through intentionally designed offsites and strategic sessions that create the space leaders need to address what’s actually getting in the way of performance.


The goal is not a good workshop. The goal is sustained behavioral change.

LEADERSHIP OFF-SITES & STRATEGIC SESSIONS

These offsites are used when leadership teams need focused time and skilled facilitation to address alignment, direction, and the real issues holding the organization back. They are often anchored to annual priorities, multi-year strategy, or critical decisions that cannot be resolved in regular meetings.

During these sessions, we focus on:

  • Creating healthy conflict that leads to better decisions and results

  • Clarifying priorities, roles, and expectations tied directly to results

  • Aligning strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs to drive execution and results

  • Building trust and accountability within the leadership team

  • Strengthening communication and decision-making under pressure

  • Creating clear, actionable commitments that translate into results and daily execution

HOW I WORK

 

​My work as a facilitator is to observe patterns, surface what’s getting in the way of performance, and guide leaders toward better habits, decisions, and results.
I create a disciplined, psychologically safe environment where leaders are willing to challenge assumptions, engage in healthy conflict, and experiment with new ways of thinking and working, without losing momentum or accountability.

Tools such as Everything DiSC®, 360 feedback, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ are used intentionally and selectively, only when they accelerate insight, alignment, and action.


This approach is shaped by more than 25 years of leadership coaching experience across industries, teams, and levels of responsibility.
